Admin users have access to the Account Usage reports. These reports provide an overview of account activity related to various limits that, when exceeded, can cause interruptions in your service.
To access your Account Usage reports:
1. Log in as an admin user.
2. Click the Activity button on the main toolbar.
3. Click on the ACCOUNT USAGE tab.
The Account Storage status bar displays the amount of data currently stored on your account and the maximum data storage available.
This bar displays the number of users currently created for your account and the maximum number of users available.
The Transaction Report provides you with information for monitoring your account transaction activity.

If your account exceeds your daily transaction quota, activities on the account will queue and login attempts may fail until the account falls back under the daily limit. Visit the Daily Transaction Limit page for more information and troubleshooting advice.
The Bandwidth Report provides you with information for monitoring your account bandwidth activity.
This report includes:
If your account continually exceeds your bandwidth quota and no action is taken to correct this issue, your account may be at risk of suspension. Visit the Bandwidth Limit page for more information and troubleshooting advice.
