The support tickets page includes a list of every support ticket for your account.
To navigate to the support tickets page, log in to the client area and click the Open Tickets button.
Every time you email support@exavault.com, billing@exavault.com, or sales@exavault.com, a support ticket is created automatically. This allows both you and us to keep track of any questions or troubles that you might have with your account.
To open a new support ticket from this page, just click the Submit New Ticket link on the left side of the page. You'll be presented with a page that allows you to instantly send us a message.
