Email Archive

The emails page contains a history of every email message sent by ExaVault's account management system for your account. It includes messages such as:

• Password reminders
• Invoice reminders
• New account sign-up messages
• Upgrade and downgrade confirmation messages

To view the emails page:

1. Log in to the client area.

2. Click the My Profile drop-down menu at the top right of the page.

3. Click the Email History link.

To view an email, click the View Message button to the right of the message subject. A pop-up window will display the email.
