Currently we support the use of the ‘SITE QUOTA’ FTP command to display your current quota usage in your FTP account.
This is a non-standard extension to the FTP protocol, and is supported by an extraordinarily small number of FTP clients. Our logging indicates that less than 0.05% of our customers are using this feature.
As such, on May 30 we’re planning to disable the SITE QUOTA command. You may still check your quota via our web app, or programmatically via our API.
Once again, there’s a greater than 99.95% chance that you don’t currently use SITE QUOTA, and this change will have no impact on you. However, if you have any questions or concerns please let us know at support@exavault.com.
