You can now pay for your ExaVault service directly from your bank account via ACH powered by Qualpay. The ACH payment option is one many customers have been asking for, and it’s finally here.
Setting up ACH payments can help simplify and improve your monthly accounting process. ACH payments work like our existing credit card or PayPal options – we’ll automatically debit your bank account each month. No more credit card statements to keep track of.
Once you fill out the form, your payment is submitted and your data is encrypted and stored for future payments.
If you have any questions, or don’t currently have any unpaid invoices and would like to switch to ACH for all future invoices, please contact billing@exavault.com, and we’ll make the change on our side.
Recently we’ve updated the way our share and receive folders work to make it easier to share. Now, when you create a shared folder or receive folder, we’ll automatically bring up the customization options so you can add a password, expiration date, or invite people.
We found the vast majority of our customers were changing options immediately after sharing a folder. We hope this small tweak will shave a few minutes off your daily workflow.
