ExaVault installed new SSL certificates on Thursday, April 2nd, 2020 to replace our old certificates which were set to expire in mid-April.
SSL Certificates digitally bind a cryptographic key to an organization’s details and allow you to connect securely to our services.
For most users, this routine update will be completely transparent. If you had to manually accept ExaVault’s SSL certificate previously (occasionally the case on very old servers, mainframes, etc.), then you will need to manually accept the new certificate. If you want a copy of the new certificate, you can download a copy.
Feel free to let us know if you have any questions. You can drop us a note at support@exavault.com.
